Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts
Earn an Associate of Applied Science Degree or Certificate in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts and prepare for exciting career opportunities in professional kitchens, restaurants, hotels, resorts and more. Le Cordon Bleu training involves practical demonstration followed by you trying it yourself alongside professional chef instructors. This style of teaching promotes and environment where you can develop your own style and showcase your originality.
Students will have the opportunity to apply their skills in a campus restaurant open to the public. Here you will be work both front- and back-of the-house operations. Upon completion of an externship, students will earn their specialized associate degree or certificate.

Choose the Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking program and train for career opportunities in the pastry arts including bakeries, resorts, catering companies and more. Be immersed in our commercial kitchen classroom designed by chefs.
Throughout this program, students can learn to prepare custards, laminated dough products, flatbreads, meringues, sugar decorations, brioche doughs, mousses and soufflés, among many others.
